Hello, My name is Rebeca Pedraza Cruz,A few years back My Family and I were invited to be Guests on the Rachael Ray Show. For the impact we have on our Communities with our Non-Profit organization called "Taking It To the Streets" in collaboration with other Non-Profit Organizations, Ministries, Churches, and just individuals like us who have a Passion for Compassion and helping others.
We started over 10 years ago helping others, when in reality we were in the same position as many families, needing help ourselves. For one reason or another I lost communication with your team and when I tried to email the show again, I had no luck. It has been just a few years since this, but we are still active in our communities helping those in need and would LOVE to be guests on the show, if permissible. We are not looking for any charity or money AT ALL.
We just want to share with the world how important it is to help thy neighbor and spread love a, compassion, and kindness. Today it's your neighbor, tomorrow it maybe you.

I received a set of Rachael Ray Cookware for Christmas. Two pieces were damaged.
I tried to contact Rachael ray. There is no way to speak to anyone at Rachael ray. I filed a claim in the beginning of January and have heard nothing about the claim. I have since filed a claim with the BBB.
Again nothing! All I wanted was to replace the 2 damaged pieces! I will no longer support Rachael ray in any way!
I have been a fan since she started on TV but no longer! I will be telling everyone how poorly Rachael Ray treats her clients!

I have tried the number on the important safety care and the numbers did not provide assistance (automated) or not in service

- - Was charged to talk to someone.
- - Wants to know how to replace a broken item.
- - Describes customer service as poor.
I had to look online for a good number and still didnt get a person. Instead they wanted to charge me to talk to someone.
I just want to no how to replace the item that came broken. Right now I think your customer service stinks.

I really win the Le Creuset cookware. I could use it because we moved my landlord took our stuff and we dont have a cookware set, but why do I have to pay shipping and handling?
